What types of companies do you support?
We mainly support SMEs and growing companies in all sectors: services, retail, industry, construction, healthcare, NGOs and more. We also work with larger organisations on specific assignments such as an audit, recruitment or training.
Do you work with SMEs?
Yes, it is our core business. Our solutions are designed for companies that do not yet have a structured HR department. Our packages adapt to your size, your priorities and your budget.
Do you only operate in Senegal?
We are based in Dakar and work throughout Senegal. For companies in West Africa, we work on site or remotely depending on the assignment.
Do you offer outsourced HR support?
Yes. We can take over all or part of your HR function: personnel administration, contract management, procedures, recruitment or HR management. We also offer a part-time HR Director service, giving you executive-level HR expertise without having to hire right away.
Do you carry out HR audits?
Yes. The HR audit reviews your practices, your documents and your compliance with the Senegalese Labour Code. You receive a clear report and an action plan ranked by priority.
Can you create your company's HR procedures?
Yes. We work with you to draft your recruitment, onboarding, appraisal and absence management procedures, as well as your internal regulations, job descriptions and contract templates. We then train your teams to use them day to day.
Do you offer tailor-made training?
Yes. All our training courses are adapted to your sector, your teams and your objectives: HR training, management, annual reviews, soft skills and more. They take place at your premises or in sessions with other companies, in person, remotely or in a blended format.
How does an initial assessment work?
It is a discussion of about 45 minutes with management, on site or by video call. We review your HR organisation, your challenges and your priorities. You leave with initial, practical recommendations. This first assessment is free and with no obligation.
How much does HR support cost?
The cost depends on the scope, duration and format of the assignment: one-off or ongoing. After the assessment, we give you a detailed, transparent quote with no obligation. Packages suited to SME budgets are available.
