Stratégie RH attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect on strategierh.com, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

It is drawn up in accordance with Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data (and any texts that may amend or replace it), as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors residing in the European Union.

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide to us through:

  • The contact form : name, company, job title, business email, phone, need, message.
  • Appointment booking : name, company, job title, phone, email, preferred date and format.
  • Resource downloads (HR Kit, guides, templates): email, company, job title, phone (optional).
  • Newsletter subscription : email address.
  • Job applications and training registrations : identity, contact details, CV and professional information provided.
  • Browsing the website : technical and statistical data collected via cookies, subject to your consent (see our Cookie Policy).
  1. Purposes and legal bases
  • Responding to your requests and preparing a quote: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
  • Organising appointments and training: pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract.
  • Sending you the resources you requested and, if you agree, our HR tips by email: consent.
  • Processing job applications: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest of Stratégie RH in recruiting for its clients.
  • Measuring audience and improving the website: consent (statistics cookies).
  • Ensuring website security and complying with our legal obligations: legitimate interest and legal obligation.
  1. Data recipients

Your data is intended exclusively for the Stratégie RH team. It may be shared with technical service providers acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality:

  • the website host: [name] ;
  • the email and newsletter tool: [e.g. Brevo] ;
  • the appointment booking tool: [name, if applicable] ;
  • the audience measurement tool: [e.g. Google Analytics], if you agree.

Candidate data may be shared with a client company only in connection with a recruitment for which the candidate has applied or given consent.

Your data is never sold or rented to third parties. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your exchanges are also subject to the WhatsApp (Meta) privacy policy.

  1. Transfers outside Senegal

Some of our service providers may host data outside Senegal. In that case, we ensure these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, in accordance with applicable regulations.

  1. Retention period
  • Contact requests and prospects: [3 years] after the last contact.
  • Clients: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then according to applicable legal periods.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Job applications: [2 years] after the last contact, unless deletion is requested.
  • Cookies: according to the periods stated in the Cookie Policy (13 months maximum).
  1. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: secure connection (HTTPS), access restricted to authorised persons only, regular backups and website security updates.

  1. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Residents of the European Union also have the right to restriction of processing and to data portability.

To exercise your rights, write to us at contact@strategierh.com specifying your request. We will reply within one month. Every newsletter email also contains an unsubscribe link.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP) of Senegal (www.cdp.sn) or, for European residents, the data protection authority in your country.
